What personal data we process and why
We process the name, email address, subject and message you submit through the contact form to receive and respond to your enquiry and manage a potential consultancy engagement. IP address, device/browser information, error and access logs, and cookie choices may be processed for website security and performance.
Cookies, analytics and embedded content
The site may use third-party services such as Google reCAPTCHA for security, Google Analytics for audience measurement and YouTube for video. Non-essential analytics cookies are enabled only according to your cookie choice. You can change that choice through “Cookie Preferences” in the footer.
Who we share data with
Data may be shared only where necessary with hosting, email, security and technical-support providers, and with competent public or judicial authorities where legally required. We do not sell contact data for marketing.
How long we retain data
Data is retained only for as long as needed to conclude the enquiry and meet applicable legal, limitation and record-keeping requirements. It is then securely deleted, destroyed or anonymised.
How we protect your data
We apply appropriate technical and organisational safeguards such as access controls, strong passwords, updated software, SSL encryption, security logging, backups and service-provider controls. Safeguards are reviewed according to the nature of the data and current risks.
Our data-breach procedures
Where a suspected breach is identified, we investigate its source and scope, restrict access, mitigate impact and document the incident. Where required by applicable law, we notify the Turkish Data Protection Authority without undue delay and no later than 72 hours after becoming aware, and inform affected individuals as soon as reasonably practicable.
Data received from third parties
We do not routinely purchase personal data or obtain it from data brokers. Where a client, business partner, referrer or a source authorised by you provides business contact details, we use them only for the relevant enquiry or business relationship and provide further notice where required.
Automated decision-making and profiling
We do not carry out solely automated decision-making or profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects. Aggregated website analytics are not used to make automated decisions about individuals.
Industry or regulatory disclosure requirements
No specific public-disclosure obligation imposed by the Turkish Ministry of Industry and Technology applies to this consultancy activity. Information may nevertheless be disclosed to competent authorities where required by applicable law.
Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion or restriction, object to processing and exercise your rights under Article 11 of Turkish Law No. 6698 by contacting the email or postal address above.
