Levent Kocaaydın started his professional career in 1982 as an Industrial Engineer at Bozkurt Mensucat Sanayii A.Ş., one of the companies of Koç Group. He worked in various positions in Bozkurt Mensucat for more than 15 years and most recently he left the company as the Assistant General Manager/Division Manager of the Apparel Department. Mr. Kocaaydın, who has spent most of his 30-year professional career in the fields of Textile, Apparel, Fashion Retailing and Purchasing Office, has served as Assistant General Manager, General Manager, Member of the Board and Chief Executive Officer. Throughout his professional life, he has been involved in major companies of our country as well as in leading and developing family companies of the sector. He worked as a manager in joint ventures and overseas-based companies. Levent Kocaaydın has been carrying on his activities in the field of Selection & Placement for Senior Manager positions since 2012. Kocaaydın who provides Management Consultancy services to various companies particularly in the fields of Textile, Ready-to-Wear / Garment and Fashion Retailing, and also in the Production and Retail fields, has been also Board Member, Brand Management, Supply Chain Management and Human Resources Consultant.
